2) Postage orders are to be sent out progressively. You will receive an email with tracking instructions,upon dispatch to courier. For Lazmall and Shopee,your order will be updated through the respective platform accordingly.

3) Outlet Pickup Orders are to be sent out in batches. Kindly wait for our email confirmation for collection,before stopping by. Mid Valley and MyTown to receive within 2-3 working days,whereas,Southkey to receive within 5-7 working days. Lazmall and Shopee orders are only valid for delivery services,in compliance with their platforms Terms and Conditions.

4) Allocation will be given based on the earliest order onwards.
